This Feta-Tomato Pasta is super easy to make and full of flavor! The creamy feta and tomatoes create a rich, fresh sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta. It’s a quick and delicious dish with minimal effort—great for any day!
Ingredients:
5-6 tomatoes
2 onions
Garlic
Good sheep feta cheese
Italian herbs
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place tomatoes, onions, garlic, and crumbled feta in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Bake for 30 minutes, until tomatoes soften.
Blend the roasted mixture into a creamy sauce.
Cook pasta (we used Emmer penne) and toss with the sauce.
