Feta-Tomato Pasta Recipe

This Feta-Tomato Pasta is super easy to make and full of flavor! The creamy feta and tomatoes create a rich, fresh sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta. It’s a quick and delicious dish with minimal effort—great for any day!

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 tomatoes

  • 2 onions

  • Garlic

  • Good sheep feta cheese

  • Italian herbs

  • Salt & pepper

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place tomatoes, onions, garlic, and crumbled feta in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

  2. Bake for 30 minutes, until tomatoes soften.

  3. Blend the roasted mixture into a creamy sauce.

  4. Cook pasta (we used Emmer penne) and toss with the sauce.
