Roasted carrots

Sweet roaster carrots recipe

Once we decided to make a beefsteak with mashed potatoes for dinner, I was thinking about what kind of vegetables we could have. I came up with the idea to roast fresh carrots. It was so good, effortless, and quite fast to make.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh carrots

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly, but do not peel them.

  2. Place the carrots in a baking dish.

  3. Add a few cloves of garlic, olive oil, honey, spices and soy sauce. Mix everything together.

  4. Place the dish in the oven at 200°C for 10-20 minutes.

I like the carrots to be a bit crunchy, so after 10 minutes, I checked with a fork to see if they were still hard or good to eat.
